"Lloyd’s supporters say he still has not received any written notification from the State Ethic Commission, apart from the verbal command delivered from the attorney general’s office at the Dec. 13 commission meeting. One pipeline critic, Bill Wolfe of Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, fired back this week with a demand that two other commissioners — William Brown and D’Arcy Rohan Green — recuse themselves, based on ownership of oil and gas industry stocks listed on their state financial disclosure forms."
