"Lloyd’s ouster brought a counter-demand from pipeline critic Bill Wolfe of the group Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, who called for commissioners William Brown and D’Arcy Rohan Green to recuse themselves, based on their state financial disclousre forms showing assets including stock in oil and gas industries — not including the Rockland group. Both commissioners said they talked to state lawyers and were told they had no conflict."
