"As an initial matter, the court determined that PEER lacked organizational “standing” — a legal term essentially meaning the right to pursue an action — to remain in the case. The court determined that PEER did not have the requisite standing because its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws were not properly introduced or authenticated through witness testimony."
